Kiwi Mezcal

The Kiwi Mezcal Sour combines smoky mezcal, kiwi syrup, and egg white for a creamy, tangy cocktail with a smooth texture and a vibrant, fruity kick.

Ingredients:

45 ml of mezcal Ciprería

30 ml kiwi syrup

20 ml lemon juice

1 egg white

Preparation:

  • In a cocktail shaker, place all the ingredients.
  • Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice, after aerating the cocktail add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Serve with a double strain into an eleia or coupe glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
