Mezcal & Beet
A bold blend of smoky mezcal and earthy beet, this cocktail offers a vibrant, rich, and uniquely savory experience.

Ingredients:
45 ml of mezcal Ciprería
30 ml of beet juice
20 ml of lemon juice
10 ml of natural syrup
Top of grapefruit soda
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, place all the ingredients except the soda.
- Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice and strain into a highball glass with ice.
- Fill the glass with the soda and decorate with a mint wreath.
