Mezcal Mule

The Mezcal Mule combines smoky mezcal, zesty lemon juice, and spicy ginger beer for a bold twist on the classic mule.

Ingredients:

45 ml of mezcal Ciprería

15 ml of yellow lemon juice

Top of ginger beer

Natural syrup “optional”

Preparation:

  • In a copper mug, place the mezcal, lemon and syrup. (If you do not have this mug, you can replace it with an old fashioned or short tiki glass)
  • Fill with crushed ice and finish filling with ginger beer (approx. 100 ml)
  • Decorate with a slice of lemon and fresh mint.
