Strawberry Mezcal
The Strawberry Mezcal blends smoky mezcal with fresh strawberries, lime, and a hint of sweetness for a vibrant, fruity cocktail.
Ingredients:
45 ml of mezcal Ciprería
30 ml strawberry puree or 3 natural strawberries in pieces
20 ml of lemon juice
20 ml of natural syrup
Top of mineral water
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, place all the ingredients except the mineral water.
- Shake all ingredients with enough ice and double strain into a glass with ice.
- Fill the glass with mineral water and decorate with sliced strawberries.
